Аннотация

Обзор содержит современные сведения о регуляторных Т-лимфоцитах (Treg), контролирующих воспалительные реакции и специфический иммунный ответ на внедрение инфекции. Описаны разновидности регуляторных Т-клеток, механизмы их активации и воздействия на клетки-мишени. Подчеркивается двойственная роль Treg в патогенезе инфекций.
