К 100-ЛЕТИЮ ОТКРЫТИЯ ВОЗБУДИТЕЛЯ ЭПИДЕМИЧЕСКОГО СЫПНОГО ТИФА – Rickettsia prowazekii (H. DA ROCHA LIMA, 1916) ВЕРНЁТСЯ ЛИ СЫПНОЙ ТИФ В РОССИЮ И ЕВРОПУ?

Аннотация

Цель исследования: подтвердить оптимальный прогноз ликвидации сыпного тифа.

Метод исследования: поисково-аналитический.

Результаты: дана характеристика риккетсиоза Провачека в России и сопредельных странах после Второй мировой войны. Заболеваемость прекратилась, иммунность населения в России и на Украине снизилась с 15,0–23,6% в 1950–1960-е гг. до 1,4–0,78% в конце XX – начале XXI вв. (вплоть до полного исчезновения). Рассчитан коэффициент рецидивности (КР), и показано его возрастание (1:1000 – 1:1500 в первые 10–15 лет после заболеваний первичной формой и до 1:52 000 спустя 60 лет) по мере отдаления от времени заболевания первичной формой болезни. Отрицается возможность возврата эпидемической формы, подчеркивается необходимость организации контейнмента штаммов риккетсий Провачека.
