Вертикальная передача гепатита В: опасности реальные и мнимые

Аннотация

В статье рассмотрены современные подходы к профилактике вертикальной передачи вирусного гепатита В. Подробно изложены клинические рекомендации по ведению беременности у женщин с хроническим гепатитом В, современные подходы к выбору методов родоразрешения и использованию противовирусных препаратов во время беременности для снижения риска вертикальной передачи. Представлены результаты клинических исследований и метаанализов применения активно-пассивной иммунизации новорожденных.
