<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses current approaches for prevention of hepatitis B vertical transmission. Guidelines for management of pregnancy in women with chronic hepatitis B, are presented, as well as modern approaches to the choice of delivery methods and the using of antiviral drugs during pregnancy to reduce the risk of vertical transmission. The results of clinical trials and meta-analyses of neonates active-passive immunization applying are discussed. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вирусный гепатит В</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>вертикальная передача</kwd><kwd>противовирусная терапия</kwd><kwd>иммуноглобулин человека против гепатита B</kwd><kwd>вакцина от гепатита В.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Viral hepatitis B</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>vertical transmission</kwd><kwd>antiviral therapy</kwd><kwd>hepatitis B immunoglobulin</kwd><kwd>vaccine against hepatitis B</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Hyams KC.
