ГЕМОФАГОЦИТАРНЫЙ СИНДРОМ ПРИ ОСТРЫХ РЕСПИРАТОРНЫХ ВИРУСНЫХ ИНФЕКЦИЯХ

Аннотация
В обзоре представлены определение, классификация, особенности патогенеза, критерии диагностики и описание клинических наблюдений недостаточно известного для врачей общей практики гемофагоцитарного синдрома, который может осложнить тяжёлое течение острых респираторных вирусных инфекций: гриппа, парагриппа, аденовирусной инфекции, респираторно-синцитиальной вирусной инфекции. Данный синдром может возникнуть у лиц без иммунодефицита и нередко приводит к летальному исходу.
