Современные данные о биологии вируса герпеса человека 6 типа и патогенезе ассоциированных с ним клинических состояний (обзор научных публикаций)

Аннотация
Несмотря на практически всеобщую инфицированность населения вирусом герпеса человека 6 типа во всем мире (до 90% людей считаются серопозитивными), герпес-ассоциированные заболевания остаются малоизученными. За последние 10 лет представления об этом микроорганизме значительно уточнились. В обзоре представлены современные данные о биологических свойствах вируса герпеса человека 6 типа, освещены эпидемиология, разнообразие клинических форм и вариантов течения инфекции, патогенез заболевания. Описаны специфические патогенетические особенности вируса герпеса человека 6 типа, определяющие трудности лабораторной диагностики инфекции и постановки диагноза и создающие проблемы при выборе тактики лечения.
