Оценить распределение маркеров инфекционных агентов в образцах пуповинной крови общественного регистра доноров Покровского банка стволовых клеток за пять лет (2009–2013 гг.).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Всего было изучено 3533 образца плазмы, отобранной после процедуры обработки пуповинной крови для аллогенного использования в Покровском банке стволовых клеток. Все образцы плазмы исследовались в соответствии с Приказом МЗ РФ № 325 от 25 июля 2003 г. методом иммуноферментного анализа. Кроме того, в период с ноября 2011 г. по декабрь 2013 г. на наличие РНК вируса гепатита С, РНК вируса иммунодефицита человека и ДНК вируса гепатита В обследовано 1030 образцов плазмы пуповинной крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Маркеров выше указанных агентов не было обнаружено в 481 образце плазмы (13,6%). В течение описанного периода не наблюдалось значительных изменений доли образцов, содержащих антитела к цитомегаловирусу и токсоплазме (цитомегаловирус – 1978 образцов (56%), Toxoplasma gondii – 112 образцов (3,2%), в 825 образцах (23,4%) были одновременно выявлены антитела к цитомегаловирусу и Toxoplasma gondii). 137 образцов (3,9%) подверглись утилизации в связи с выявлением в них антител к HbcorAg – 116 образцов (3,3%), антител к HCV – 5 образцов (0,14 %) и антител к Treponema pallidum – 16 образцов (0,45%).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Введение дополнительно метода полимеразной цепной реакции для обнаружения нуклеиновых кислот вирусов гепатитов В, С, вируса иммунодефицита человека, наряду с исследованием образцов пуповинной крови методом иммуноферментного анализа, повысит качество контроля за передачей гемотрансмиссивных инфекций.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To evaluate the distribution of markers of infectious agents in umbilical cord blood samples Pokrovskij public stem cell bank donor registry for five years (2009 – 2013).</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. 3533 plasma samples were investigatedafter selection during cord blood processing procedure for allogeneic use in Pokrovskij stem cell bank. All plasma samples were investigated in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Health № 325 – 2003 by enzymelinked immunoassay method. In addition, during the period from November 2011 to December 2013 1030 plasma samples of umbilical cord blood were examined for the presence of HCV RNA, the RNA of HIV and HBV DNA.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Markers of the agents above have not been found in the plasma of 481 samples (13.6%). During the described period, no significant change in the share of samples containing antibodies to cytomegalovirus and toxoplasmosis (cytomegalovirus – 1978 samples (56%), Toxoplasma gondii – 112 samples (3.2%), 825 samples (23.4%) cytomegalovirus and Toxoplasma gondii simultaneously) were registered. 137 samples (3.9%) were subjected to utilization in connection with detection of antibodies to HbcorAg – 116 samples (3.3%), antibodies to HCV – five samples (0.14%), and antibodies to Treponema pallidum – 16 samples (0.45%).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
