Раннее выявление лабораторных признаков риска развития хронического течения болезни позволит своевременно скорректировать терапию и предотвратить неблагоприятный исход заболевания.</p><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: поиск критериев хронизации при ретроспективном анализе иммунного статуса больных различными клиническими формами острого иксодового клещевого боррелиоза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы: клинические исследования выполнены у 161 пациента с хроническим течением и 420 пациентов с острым течением болезни. Приведены результаты ретроспективного анализа иммунного статуса и цитокинов с учетом выздоровления и хронизации заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты исследования</title><p>Результаты исследования: прогностическими критериями хронизации эритемной формы иксодового клещевого боррелиоза являлись снижение абсолютного количества лимфоцитов, фагоцитарного индекса, числа фагоцитирующих нейтрофилов, повышенный уровень общих IgM. Значимыми критериями хронизации болезни после перенесенной безэритемной формы заболевания являлись снижение экспрессии цитотоксических CD8+ клеток, снижение соотношения CD4+/CD8+ клеток и снижение числа фагоцитирующих нейтрофилов. Для всех клинических форм острого течения иксодового клещевого боррелиоза был характерен повышенный синтез интерлейкина-8 в периоде реконвалесценции у пациентов с последующей хронизацией заболевания. Сохранение высокого уровня синтеза интерлейкина-1β и фактора некроза опухоли-α после перенесенной эритемной формы болезни являлось прогностическим критерием хронизации заболевания. Характерной особенностью продукции цитокинов у пациентов с сочетанным течением боррелиозно-энцефалитной инфекции в остром периоде заболевания являлся высокий уровень синтеза интерлейкина-4.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: Неблагоприятными прогностическими критериями развития хронического течения иксодового клещевого боррелиоза являются несостоятельность фагоцитарного звена иммунной системы, снижение экспрессии цитотоксических CD8+ клеток, повышенный синтез интерлейкина-8 и интерлейкина-4.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Tendency to chronization of infectious process is characteristic of a current the Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis. Early identification of laboratory signs of risk of development of a chronic process of disease will allow to correct in due time therapy and to prevent a disease failure.</p><sec><title>Research objective</title><p>Research objective: search of criteria for chronization in the retrospective analysis of the immune status of patients with various clinical forms of sharp ixodes tick-borne borreliosis.Materials and methods: clinical trials are executed at 161 patients with a chronic current and 420 patients with a sharp process of disease. Results of the retrospective analysis of the immune status and cytokines taking into account recovery and disease chronization are given.</p></sec><sec><title>Results of research</title><p>Results of research: predictive criteria of chronization of an erythema form of Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis were decrease in absolute quantity of lymphocytes, a phagocytic index, number of the phagocytic neutrophils, the raised level of the total IgM. Significant criteria of chronization of an illness after the ended non-erythema’s form of a disease were decrease in an expression of cytotoxic CD8+ of cells, decrease CD4+/CD8+ of cells and decrease in number the phagocytic neutrophils. For all clinical forms of a sharp process of Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis the increased synthesis interleukin-8 during the convalescence period at patients with the subsequent chronization of a disease was characteristic. Preservation of high level of interleukin-1β secretion and a neoplasm necrosis factor-α after the ended non-erythema’s form of an illness was predictive criterion of chronization of a disease. Characteristic of production cytokines at patients with the combined course of a borreliosis-encephalitis infection in the sharp period of a disease was high level of synthesis interleukin-4.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: adverse predictive criteria of development of a chronic process of Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis are failure of a phagocytic link to immune system, decrease in an expression of cytotoxic CD8+ of the cells, the increased synthesis interleukin-8 and interleukin-4.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронический иксодовый клещевой боррелиоз</kwd><kwd>прогноз</kwd><kwd>иммунный статус</kwd><kwd>цитокины</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic Ixodes tick-borne borreliosis</kwd><kwd>prognosis</kwd><kwd>immune status</kwd><kwd>cytokines</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Lobzin YuV, Uskov AN, Kozlov SS.
