Частота Т-клеточных лимфом на фоне ВИЧ-инфекции составляет 12–15%, и, в отличие от В-клеточных лимфом, они, как правило, связаны с худшим результатом лечения. В данной работе представлен случай кожной Т-клеточной лимфомы (грибовидный микоз) у ВИЧ-инфицированного мужчины. Лимфопролиферативные заболевания могут скрываться под маской таких заболеваний, как атопический дерматит, псориаз, парапсориаз, экзема, микоз кожи, которые трудно поддаются рекомендованному виду терапии. С целью предотвращения постановки ошибочного диагноза в таких случаях необходимо проводить гистологическое исследование кожного лоскута, на основании которого возможно установление точного характера поражения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Lymphoma is the most common malignant disease in patients with HIV infection in the advanced stages of the disease. The incidence of T-cell lymphomas in the presence of HIV infection is 12–15%, and, unlike B-cell lymphomas, they are usually associated with a worse treatment outcome. This paper presents a case of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides) in an HIV-infected man. Lymphoproliferative diseases can be hidden under the mask of diseases such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, parapsoriasis, eczema, mycosis of the skin, which are difficult to respond to the recommended type of therapy.
