Материалы и методы: всего было проанализировано 288 образцов плазмы крови, собранных в 2024 г. на базе Республиканского центра по борьбе со СПИД из всех регионов Узбекистана. Результаты: полученные данные исследования продемонстрировали высокую распространенность активной репликации вируса гепатита C среди пациентов с впервые выявленной ВИЧ-инфекцией, не получающих антиретровирусную терапию. Установлено генетическое разнообразие как среди штаммов ВИЧ-1 (выявлены субтипы A6 и CRF_02AG), так и среди генотипов вируса гепатита С (доминирование генотипов 3а и 1b), что отражает особенности эпидемического процесса в регионе. Заключение: результаты исследования подчеркивают необходимость рутинного молекулярного тестирования и генотипирования обоих вирусов до начала антиретровирусной терапии для своевременной диагностики, выбора оптимальной терапии и проведения эффективного эпидемиологического надзора.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Objective: To study the molecular genetic features of HIV-1 and HCV coinfection in antiretroviral-naive patients, assessing the distribution of genotypes of both viruses. Materials and methods: a total of 288 blood plasma samples collected in 2024 at the Republican AIDS Center from all regions of Uzbekistan were analyzed. Results: the obtained study data demonstrated a high prevalence of active replication of the hepatitis C virus among patients with newly diagnosed HIV infection who are not receiving antiretroviral therapy. Genetic diversity was established both among HIV-1 strains (subtypes A6 and CRF_02AG were identified) and among HCV genotypes (dominance of genotypes 3a and 1b), which reflects the characteristics of the epidemic process in the region.
