Материалы и методы: в исследовании 71 человек распределены на 4 группы. Группы включали больных с гепатокарциномой, циррозом печени, хроническим вирусным гепатитом С и здоровых людей, которые составили группу сравнения. У всех пациентов в исследование включены изучение значений белков AFP и GP-73). Фибротичесие изменения печеночной ткани изучались на основании результатов ультразвукового исследования и фибросканирования печени при помощи аппарата Fibroscan (Франция).Результаты: в верификации фиброза (цирроза) и опухолевого поражения печени пороговые значения для GP-73 и альфа-фетопротеина (AFP) были 529,9 нг/л и 29 нг/мл соответственно. При этом уровень специфичности маркера GP-73 был равен 86%, а чувствительности – 87%. В данном случае уровни чувствительности и специфичности AFP были 71% и 79% соответственно. Уровень отрицательной диагностической значимости маркера GP-73 составил 86,5%, а уровень положительной прогностической значимости GP-73 был 85,2%, в то время как данные показатели AFP были 72,6% и 76% соответственно.Заключение: маркер – белок в сыворотке крови Гольджи-73 может использоваться в качестве надежного диагностического маркера при ранней верификации гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, ассоциированной с циррозом печени HCV-этиологии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose: comparative study of the informativeness of tumor markers GP-73 and AFP in the early diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma associated with liver cirrhosis of HCV etiology.Materials and methods: In the study, 71 people were divided into 4 groups. The groups included patients with hepatocarcinoma, liver cirrhosis, chronic viral hepatitis C and healthy people. Healthy people made up the comparison group. In all patients, the study included the study of AFP and GP-7 protein values. Fibrotic changes in the liver tissue were studied based on the results of ultrasound and fibroscanning of the liver using the Fibroscan apparatus (France).Results. In the verification of fibrosis (cirrhosis) and tumor lesions of the liver, the threshold values for GP-73 and alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) were 529.9 ng/l and 29 ng/ml, respectively. At the same time, the level of specificity of the GP-73 marker was equal to 86%, and sensitivity – 87%. In this case, the sensitivity and specificity rates of AFP were 71% and 79%, respectively.
