статье представлены результаты обследования беременных с хроническим вирусным гепатитом В, наблюдавшихся в поликлиническом отделении Клинической инфекционной больницы им. С.П. Боткина в 2012 г. В результате проведенного исследования было показано, что во время беременности у женщин с ХГВ могут отмечаться значительные колебания вирусной нагрузки, как в сторону увеличения, так и в сторону уменьшения. Было показано, что количество HBsAg HBsAgHBsAgHBsAgявляется более стабильным показателем, чем вирусная нагрузка. Во время беременности редко отмечаются существенные колебания уровня HBsAg. Отмечена зависимость частоты возникновения обострений ХГВ после родов в зависимости от уровня HBsAg . У женщин с высоким уровнем HBsAg частота обострений ХГВ после родов достоверно выше, чем у женщин с низким уровнем HBsAg .

This study is based on the investigation of 31 HB V-infected women, which have observed at Botkin Infectious Hospital in 2012. Considerable variations of viral load in the course of pregnancy have been observed in the HB V cohort. In the course of pregnancy the HBsAg level does not vary too much. A high HBsAg HBsAg HBsAg HBsAg HBsAg level in the HB HB V cohort can be used as a predictive factor of exacerbation after delivery.
