В контрольную группу вошли 35 практически здоровых лиц в возрасте от 18 до 65 лет.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: в острый период COVID-19 выявлено развитие субклинического гипотиреоза; синдрома низкого Т3; субклинического тиреотоксикоза; а также гипои гиперкортизолемии. Через 6 месяцев после выписки из стационара в амбулаторных условиях у реконвалесцентов COVID-19 было выявлено развитие патологии щитовидной железы у 6 и сахарного диабета у 5 пациентов. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective: to evaluate the effect of COVID-19 on the development of endocrine pathology in the studied adult patients</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods: Clinical and laboratory studies were conducted in 166 patients aged 18-65 years with a confirmed diagnosis of coronavirus infection U07.1 (COVID-19); with moderate (140 patients) and severe (26 patients) course of the disease.
