Однако изучению проявлений окислительного стресса у пациентов с гипергликемией на фоне инфекционных заболеваний уделено мало внимания. Данный обзор раскрывает особенности состояния антиоксидантной системы у пациентов с сахарным диабетом 2 типа и посвящен определению возможных биохимических маркеров-предикторов тяжелого течения инфекций среди таких пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Potentiation of chronic inflammation and oxidative stress by a new infectious agent in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can cause a severe course of the infectious disease. However, the study of the manifestations of oxidative stress in patients with hyperglycemia and infectious diseases is not widespread.
